HOW JUSTICE ADEJUMO EMERGE ONDO STATE MAN OF THE YEAR

The 2009th edition of Ondo state man of the year annual award event will hold this weekend in a grand style.
According to the Chief organizers of the august event Messers Kunle Aiyegbe and Segun Odidi in a chat with Sunshine Daily Watch reporter, in Akure recently he made it known that the event is to honour the eminent citizen of Ondo State who have impacted the world in one way or the other.
Aiyegbe opined that the annual event is to honour the eligible indigene of Ondo State who has contributed to their various communities in one way or the other as mark of honour in community development, accountability and transparency.
He stress that the 2008 edition which was won by Professor Ajayi Boroffice a philanthropist from Akoko Area of Ondo State and the Immediate Past Director General [DG] of National Air Space Research and Development [NASRDA]
In his own Mr. Segun Odidi who described the event as the best to be reckon with adding that is an event that would feature crème de la crème in the society he called on the well meaning of Ondo State to emulates Justice Babatunde Adejumo who will be honour as Ondo state man of the year award for 2009th edition as the second of his type in the history of the event.
He advises the indigene of Ondo State to continue to work harder and excel in all their endeavour pointing out that the emergence of Justice Adejumo as the best man of the year in Ondo State is by voting adding that Five illustrious indigene of Ondo State were nominated, at the end of the research and voting exercise Justice Adejumo emerge as the winner of the event.
In a chat with Comrade Goke Oluwoel one of the most notable Akokoman and the initiator of AKOKOSTARS Magazine described Justice[Hon] Babatunde Adejumo as an Ikaramu Akoko born Federal High Court Judge.
Goke Oluwole also said Adejumo is a man who started life at a very humble beginning growing up in Akoko, to become a Primary School Teacher in Iboropa Akoko, and emerging the President of the Industrial Court.
Before this he had been privilege to represent Akoko North House of Assembly Constituency, at the state Assembly.
